STEPS TO APPLY
CURRENT YEAR OR 2021-2022 School Year

1. APPLICATION
Applying is easy using our Online Application. To begin, Create an Account or login using your existing Application Account to complete your online application. Once the Online Application is submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an interview/assessment.

Please note: The application to Horizon Christian School is a separate application from the Variable Tuition application, and both need to be completed if you are interested in applying for tuition assistance.

2. INTERVIEW/ASSESSMENT
Teacher Assessment (Kindergarten): Enjoy the opportunity to meet with one of our kindergarten teachers for 20-30 minutes in a one-on-one session. During this time the teachers will talk with your child, observe their academic readiness, social and emotional maturity, and ask some “getting to know you” questions.
Principal Assessment (1st-5th): Our elementary principal will assess each incoming student(s) with a quick grade level Reading, Writing and Math activity. It is a low-key look at behavior and academic ability, and serves to help us consider if Horizon Christian is right for your child.
Principal Interview (6th-12th Grade): Meet with our principal to share more about your student and why Horizon Christian might be a good fit.

3. ENROLLMENT
You will be notified of your acceptance and emailed the steps to complete the online enrollment process.
